The Missing Treats

The missing treat tin, complete with its original label, has been returned to Headquarters.
Case Resolution
The treat tin wasn't stolen after all. Scruffy had moved it while cleanup up Headquarters, but the tag snagged, a few treats spilled, and the tin ended up tucked away where nobody thought to look.
Thanks to your detective work, the clues were gathered, the tin was found, and another case was closed successfully.
